10 Food To Be Consumed In Autumn

Some food should be serve up absolutely for preparing metabolism to fall, not being ill in sudden temperature changes and avoiding autumn depression.  Memorial Şişli Hospital, Department of Nutrition and Dietetics dietician Merve Yüksek gave information about some foods that should be consumed seasonal.

Fish contains omega 3, phosphor, vitamins and minarels. Fish plays an important role on brain development, eye, mind, liver, heart and vascular health.

Pumkin which is a source of vitamin, mineral, dietary fiber, omega 3 and antioksidan. Thanks to betacarotene it reduce the risks of breast, skin, lung, colon, urinary bladder, cervix cancer, protect against heart disease.
