10 Tips for Healthy Life

April 7th World Health Day. Healthy and long life is everyone’s greatest wish. Liv Hospital Istanbul Internal Medicine Specialist Assist. Assoc. Dr. Alev Özsarı specified what should be done for a healthy life.

  1. Eat properly
  2. Sleep adequately and quality
  3. Walk outdoors for at least 3 days a week
  4. Do not stand still
  5. Exercise regularly
  6. Avoid unnecessary use of drugs, especially unnecessary antibiotics
  7. Exercise regularly
  8. Do not exhaust yourself extremely
  9. Spend plenty of time with loved ones, correlate strong social ties
  10. Think positive, being positive relaxes people physically and emotionally.
