10 Tips To Strengthen Your Immune System

- Correct Nutrition: Consume whole-grain products, carbohydrates, protein and fat moderately. Take antioxidants. Onions, garlic, spinach, dill, parsley, citrus fruits, tomatoes, broccoli are rich in antioxidants. Eat fresh fruits and vegetables in season.
- Have a qualified sleep: Sleeping is as important as drinking water for our health. The main measure of a good sleep is wake up fresh. Poor quality of sleep reduces efficiency, impairs concentration, causes weakening of the immune system.
- Walk at least 3 days in outdoor: Avoid the heavy traffic and exhaust fumes. Walk in the green areas. Clear and clean air is very helpful for a healthy body and a strong immune system.
- Not be inactive: Shouldn’t pass a lot of time on computer inactivily.
- Avoid unnecessary use of drugs: Particularly avoid unnecessary use of antibiotics.
- Exercise regularly: Exercises have a great importance in hindrance and prevention of diasease. Regular exercise strengthens the immune system, provides to fight viruses and bacteria.
- Do not tire yourself extremely: Give yourself time to relax.
- Stay away from stress or trying to manage it: Stressed body produces substances to destroy stress and it surprises the balance. The collapse of the immune system is occured. Therefore, we all get sick more often in periods of stress.
- Spend plenty of time with your loved ones, relate strong social relations.
- Think positive: Being positive relaxes people physically and emotionally.
