15 Suggestions for Aprosexia

  1. Eat well and regularly.
  2. Practice regularly.
  3. Sleep well.
  4. Regularly do one of these; Meditation (Riyazat), yoga, pilates, tai chi.
  5. Remove the negative people around you.
  6. Never do a few things at the same time.
  7. Love your job. If you do not, change it.
  8. Use the calendar book.
  9. Work in a well-lit environment.
  10. If you think “your brain stops” during a very busy work; Take a break for a short while.
  11. Play a musical instrument or make a picture.
  12. Do not lose in thoughts, remove the fears from your head.
  13. Mental repressors like alcohol seem to work for a short time. It can increase focus, but it definitely brings damage rather than benefit in the long term.
  14. Limit time spent looking at electronic screens.
  15. Have a family “events” Chat more. Sit together at dinner.
