20-20-20 Rule For Eyes

From Batıgöz Health Group physician Prof. Dr. İbrahim Altınsoy said that due to looking at the mobile screen too long, at least 1 out of every 4 people suffer from eye fatigue. Altınsoy expressed that the solution of the problem is to be apply 20-20-20 with regular breaks to rest the eyes.

“It will be useful to look at least every 20 minutes, for 20 seconds, up to 20 meters distant object. In this way eyes have an opportunity to rest. When this rule is repeated continuously, it minimizes inconvenience caused by the mobile device.”
