5 Suggestions For Migraine

  1. You should sleep regularly, eat a balanced diet and do steady light exercise.
  2. You shouldn’t stay out too much when the sun’s rays come upright, should use hat and sunglasses.
  3. You should avoid from sudden changes in temperature. Should not pass to air-conditioned cold place suddenly when you were in hot place.
  4. You should not be in air-conditioned and indoor for a long time.
  5. You should increase consumption of liquids, avoid from usage of alcohol and cigarette, should stay away from tea and coffee.
