- Do not wait until you feel thirsty.
- Sup out the water for facilitating digestibility.
- Drink water 15 minutes before meals in order to increase state of saturation.
- Divide your water intake throughout the day.
- Buy nice cups and pitchers to make drinking water attractive.
- If you forget to drink water, put yourself a reminders. (Phone applications, notes, etc.)
