  1. Walk regularly for 3 days a week and work with light weights.
  2. Do not gain weight.
  3. Do not smoke.
  4. Be careful of your foot health and wear healthy shoes
  5. Take advantage of sunlight every day for D vitamins.
  6. Eat enough yoghurt and cheese.
  7. Avoid extreme sports after age 45.
