  1. Before 2 weeks of your target buy a lower tar and nicotine content brand.
  2. Only smoke half of the cigarette
  3. Delay your lighting of your cigarette an hour late.
  4. Change your eating habits to help reduce cigarette.
  5. When you want to concentrate drink a glass of orange juice instead of cigarette.
  6. Do not empty your ashtrays. This will remind you how many cigarettes you smoke each day, the images and smells will disturb you.
  7. Chance your behaviour of reaching cigarette automatically by using your reverse hand, carrying the cigarette in a different pocket or other place you always put it.
