Eating habits, mental and physical health change in the fall. Üsküdar University NPİstanbul Neuropsychiatry Hospital clinical psychologist İhsan Öztekin said that seasonal changing have different effects on the human spirit.
İhsan Öztekin made suggestions to keep yourself fit and positive in the season chancing.
- Should be done regular exercise, in cold weather you should choose indoor gym.
- Should be careful about sleeping hours, before bedtime should be avoid from grey issues.
- Should be given the importance of healthy eating. Especially should be avoidedfrom fatty foods, vegatables and fruits dhould be consumed.
- Vitamins A, C and E should be taken in order to strengten the immune system.
- Should be drunk plenty of water.
- Should have hobbies out of work.
- Should be given breaks during work.
- Should be established social relations.
- Should be benefit from the sunlight whenever possible.
- Should be done physical and mental care.
- Should be accompanied with cheerful and pleasant friends because emotions are contagious.
- Should be developped positive thinking.
- Should be avoided from high expectetions.
- Should have a warm shower every day.
- Should not be consumed alcoholic beverages excessively.
- Should be set targets.
- Should not worried about pas tor future. Seize the day.
