Be Careful About Pilates At Home

Assoc. Dr. Çağatay Öztürk said that pilates is one of the home made sport for women. “Pilates is a healthy sport for stretching of body and spine. But certainly we suggest to make pilates with expert. Not making the movement accurately can cause forced and overload on the waist and consequently permanent injury. If there is no infrastructure in your body some movements can cause a lifetime injury.”
