Bilingualism delays dementia and Alzheimer’s average duration of symptoms for five years.

In the studies named as a “2025 Prevention of Alzheimer’s Disease and Improving Treatment” conducted by Duke University Bryan Alzheimer’s Center, was found that having two languages delays state of Alzheimer approximately five years for individuals who are prone to Alzheimer disease.
