Because of strengthen the structure of keratin consuming protein-containing foods such as meat, poultry, fish, dry beans, cheese and milk would be useful for hair.

  • Vitamin B5 (yogurt, and avocado)
  • Vitamin B8 (liver and eggs)
  • Folic acid (whole grains and dried leguminous vegetables)
  • Calcium (milk and yogurt)
  • Zinc (meat and fish)

These foods reduce hair losss and enables to renewal of hair. These nutrients are also required for healthy skin.
