  • When organs are working water allows for smooth functioning of them.
  • Brain countinues its function in the water. Reduction of the water leads to disruption of brain function.
  • Prevents throat not to dry during breathing and allows to breath comfortably.
  • Water is used in transporting oxygen to cells.
  • Water is like a cushion to vital organs.
  • Provides nutrients to digest comfortable.
  • Provides kidneys to work easily.
