Exercise For Stress

Üsküdar University Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Department Asst. Assoc. Dr. Yıldız Erdoğanoğlu indicated that exercise is the best way for a successful stress management. She gave following advices;

  • Running half an hour a day every day as if you use a drug regularly.
  • Going for a walk with a friendly dog.
  • Dancing with friends.
  • Cycling.
  • Swimming.
  • Do aerobic exercises.
  • Do yoga.
  • Do pilates.
  • Do tai-chi exercises.
