Exercise For Stress
Üsküdar University Physical Therapy and Rehabilitation Department Asst. Assoc. Dr. Yıldız Erdoğanoğlu indicated that exercise is the best way for a successful stress management. She gave following advices;
- Running half an hour a day every day as if you use a drug regularly.
- Going for a walk with a friendly dog.
- Dancing with friends.
- Do aerobic exercises.
- Do yoga.
- Do pilates.
- Do tai-chi exercises.
