Feed Proper Against Anemia

Due to the contents of the B9 liver, egg whites, dry legumes, dark green leafy vegetables, hazelnut, and walnut, due to the content of B12 milk, eggs, salmon, shellfish are the useful nutrient for anemia that develops due to deficiencies of related vitamins.”
