Insufficient Sleep Steals From Your Life

Turkish Society of Cardiology and Hacettepe University Faculty of Medicine Department of Cardiology Prof. Dr. Necla Özer said that insufficient sleep cause changes in blood pressure and heart rate and affects the cardiovascular system.

“Insufficient sleep increases the development of hypertension, obesity and diabetes. Studies shows that people who sleep less than 7 hours a day, live lesser.”
