Insufficient Water Consumption Can Lead To Many Health Problems

Water consumption is vital for all organs, especially the kidneys, heart, and liver. Memorial Antalya Hospital Internal Medicine Department Specialist Dr. Tülay Kadıoğlu stated that when enough water is not consumed, it can lead to many health problems. She listed these problems like this.

  3. Headache
  4. Constipation
  5. Hair loss and scurfy
  6. Shortage of milk in breastfeeding women
  7. Muscle cramps
  8. Renal function disorders
  9. Urinary tract infection
  10. Sand and stone formation in the kidneys
