Protect the Immune System Balance with Probiotics

Üsküdar University NPİSTANBUL Brain Hospital Nutrition and Diet Expert Asst. Assoc. Dr. Gizem Köse said that probiotics were found in many foods, which are very useful in regulating the digestive system.

“Probiotics are usually foods that are fermented. Fermented yogurt, kefir, vinegar, turnip, boza, and tarhana are good sources of probiotics. Probiotics should be consumed daily and regularly, especially in spring, in order to maintain the immune system balance during seasonal transitions. Regular use for 3 months is also important for those who use it in powder or tablet form.”
