Radish And Tomato Are Important For Immune System

Selenium and lycopene that found in tomatoes are anti-carcinogenic substances and protects the immune system. It captures and kills nearby cells to become cancerous. Radish, watermelon and bell pepper are also important for the immune system and heart. We need also materials such as zinc, manganese and copper for immune system. We can get these by eating dried fruits, like peanuts and walnuts.”
