Regular Exercise Protects From Breast Cancer

Women who are treated with the diagnosis of breast cancer are twice as likely to recover when they eat properly, get rid of excess fat, and exercise regularly said Prof. Dr. Ertuğrul Gazioğlu, Breast Surgery Specialist in Liv Hospital Ulus.

“Women who are fed a diet rich in vegetables and fruit and who have an average of 30 minutes of walking or equivalent physical activity for 6 days per week, a decrease in the mortality rate is seen due to breast cancer. This type of lifestyle also raises the survival rate in patients who have had breast cancer and have completed treatment.”
