- Standing 20 seconds by leaning your back and head on the wall, remove your chest forward and stretch your blades backwards.
- By stretching neck muscle with moving your head slowly front, rear and side to side. Rotating the shoulders back and forth with circle movement.
- Join your arms above the head and then in the back and in front of the chest and stretche back and forward.
- Stretche your back leg muscle group by leaning forward without bending your knees.
