Dietitians Gizem Şeber recommended sun exposure for vitamin D. So how should be sunbathed?

Ideal sunbathing for Vitamin D synthesis;

  • Between the hours of 11:00 to 15:00
  • Arms and / or legs receive sunlight
  • Without using sun cream
  • By direct contact with sunlight not from behind the window
  • It should be between 10-15 minutes. This time may need to be longer in very dark-skinned people.
