Take Precautions, Prevent Bone Loss
Liv Hospital Orthopedics and Traumatology Expert Prof. Dr. Çağatay Öztürk explained the way to stop bone loss.
1.Consume apricots containing high levels of calcium and magnesium,
2.Take at least 15 minutes of sunlight to activate vitamin D in your body.
3.Eat egg yolks every day for vitamin D source.
4.Avoid beverages containing caffeine such as tea or coffee.
5.Consume green vegetables such as broccoli and lettuce, which are rich in vitamins A, E, and C and contain plenty of calcium.
6.Consume milk that is calcium and vitamin D store.
7.Eat seafood such as oysters and shrimps that are rich in calcium for two days a week.
8.Consume grape seed extract that has a reducing effect on proteolytic enzymes that cause bone erosion.
9.Stay away from cigarettes and alcohol.
10.Diminish salt which reduces the amount of calcium in the bones by increasing urinary calcium excretion.
