The Power Of Greens

Dietitian Kübra Bal mentioned that lutein which is a pigment that give colour to plants is a powerful antioxidant and has a protective effect on eye health. She said that the chlorophyll, that gives green colour to vegetables is both antioxidant and anti-inflammatory, it has a tissue repairing and wound healing properties.
