Nuh Naci Yazgan University Faculty of Health Sciences Department of Nutrition and Dietetics President Professor Neriman İnanç M.D. said that osteoporosis means loss of a large amount of calcium that need for keeping bones strong and robuts. “Bones do not renews with a reduction in levels of the hormone estrogen in aging, sedentary lifestyle and menopause periods. During this period bones need more calcium and support than ever before. With daily consuming two cups of milk minerals and vitamins would be taken into the body.” she added.
