Which activity and at which age?
- Children aged 1-4 days must be active for a total of 180 minutes in different severity.
- Children aged 5-11 should prefer physical activities leading towards middle to high-intensity at least 3 times a week, 60 minutes every day. Like; jump rope, line games, hold and roll games, ice skating, gymnastics, skiing, athletics, football, swimming, dance, table tennis, cycling
- Teens at the age of 12-18 should prefer strength activities in high intensity that strengthen muscles and bones at least 3 times a week, 60 minutes a day. Like; dance, folk dances, jogging, basketball, football, volleyball, handball and tennis
- Adults should prefer physical activities at least 3 days per week (ideally 5 days), 30 minutes a day. Like; riding, jogging, swimming, tennis, heavy housework (using a vacuum cleaner), light gardening.
